The barber of ... Bonn? Figaro works in a barbershop in Bonn and helps the world star of the opera scene Almaviva to win the heart of Rosina. But the beauty, who lives in the southern part of the city, is to be married to the bourgeois dentist Bartolo, who does not take kindly to the colorful, diverse outside world. In Matthew Wild's production and with choreography by South African hip-hop star Rudi Smit, Rossini's world-famous operatic comedy becomes a hymn to tolerance, diversity and love.
