Latin American flair, sensuality and devotion - this is how tango dance can be characterized. More than almost any other dance style, tango casts a spell over dancers and audiences, making time stand still and making you hold your breath. The Argentinians characterize their tango as "de corazón a corazón" ("from heart to heart"). And how true: when the couples float across the dance floor with their eyes closed and immersed in the music, they seem to be led directly by their hearts - this is precisely what makes tango argentino so infinitely sensual and seductive.

The Herrera Tango Company masters this dance art to perfection. In his tango style, Roberto Herrera , who was born in San Salvador de Jujuy, Argentina, combines traditional steps with the latest techniques and unprecedented step combinations. He created his own shows in Buenos Aires and founded his own company in 2002. With this company, he is already part of the history of tango and will be performing at the Prinzregententheater again in 2026.
