Reading & jazz concert with Simona Morani and the Christoph Lehner Trio:

An evening full of emotions, where literature meets music and emotions come to life in sound and words. The award-winning Italian writer Simona Morani ("Pretty Old Heroes", "The Laundromat of Little Happiness", "Sopra Ogni Cosa") and the jazz saxophonist and composer Christoph Lehner have joined forces for an extraordinary project: In a combination of reading and jazz concert, they combine their works in an impressive way. Different emotions in their texts serve as a common thread, which are taken up in the compositions and transformed into music that moves and inspires.

Stories and songs full of longing, hope and joie de vivre, performed in German and Italian and musically brought to life by the jazz trio, consisting of Italian singer Alice Viola, pianist André Schwager and Christoph Lehner on saxophone. Together they take the audience on a journey that explores the depths of human emotions in literature and music.
