The Ensemble Resonanz presents Bach's Christmas Oratorio as house music among friends. Without a large choir and with a small ensemble, thirty arias, recitatives, choruses and chorales from Bach's masterpiece have been arranged in a completely unique version. The score remains untouched, electric guitar and Hammond organ form the continuo, only a trumpet complements the strings and the whole ensemble joins in with the chorales.
