New year, new dreams? And do you know how to get one step closer to your dreams? By actively doing something about it - for example, by visualizing them. A vision board can work real magic. Let's do this together! In this vision board workshop, you can lay the foundations for discovering your goals, wishes and visions and getting closer to them step by step. We start with a guided meditation that brings you back to yourself and your core - to where your real dreams and visions live. Then we continue creatively: you will be lovingly guided to design your own personal vision board. Everything happens in a positive flow, intuitively and full of joy among like-minded people. At the end, you take your board home with you: all your dreams visible, tangible and always in front of your eyes. Sophia is really looking forward to YOU, the workshop and your visions.
