Understanding and overcoming stress eating
Do you know this? Between two appointments, when your head is full or when you're stuck on a task, you reach for the sweets as if by remote control.
Stress and pressure are often the triggers for spontaneous snacking - not because we're really hungry, but because our body and mind need a little relief. But afterwards we are left with feelings of guilt, frustration or the feeling that we simply can't control ourselves.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn
Why your body craves food in moments of stress.
What needs are really behind the cravings.
Which strategies and tools will help you to overcome stress eating.
Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who often finds themselves stress-snacking - whether in the office, at home or on the couch in the evening - and wants to discover new ways of dealing with stress and food.
