"Nex verkommâ lassâ" is what the two Swabian veterans Ernst Mantel and Heiner Reiff thought when looking back over the last twenty years. For this reason, they are reheating their favorite dishes in the best Swabian style. Whether it's the "Mc Leberkäs", the "Ehrakäs" or the dwarf that is still waiting to be eaten ("Frisch ans Werk").
One thing is certain, this is the ultimate treat for "dr gute Esser" (the good eater), as well as providing a workout for the laugh muscles that no gym can offer! Even if Ernst and Heinrich don't fit into every frame or even threaten to fall out of it, they are comedians, wordplay acrobats and thoroughbred musicians who have more than a pretzel in common.
Years of meditation have given E+H a deep insight into the soul of the Swabians. The result should no longer be withheld from the world. Swabian international fare - what better ambassadors could you imagine!
