In the organizer's words:

Adults don't remember what it was like to be a child. How much bigger the world seemed to them back then. That it could be difficult to climb onto a chair. How did it feel to always look up? They don't remember. Sometimes adults talk about how nice it was to be a child. But what did they dream about when they were children? Do you know? I think they dreamed of finally being grown up.

Two orphans flee from their aunt, who wants to keep them apart, to Venice - the city their mother always told them so much about. They are taken in by the gang of the youthful Lord of Thieves and one day receive a mysterious assignment: to steal a wooden lion's wing that belongs to a magical carousel - and the magic of this carousel has a great attraction...
