Actually peaceful like Balou, talented like Gambino, crazy like Badu - singer and producer Ez Kamil has by no means set out to reproduce clumsy trend sounds, to mime the serene and cool heartbreaker or to present himself as a fashionable city dweller. Instead, the nineteen-year-old represents the sparsely populated Munich hinterland - where he grew up, where he lives and where his emotive music is created.

The duo deine2 deals with the everyday ups and downs of life. After several years of musical synergy, the duo of the two artists arne and Yso emerged from a natural development. For arne, the pursuit of freedom usually takes center stage. Profound observations are presented in an intellectual way in the German language that even Brecht could not achieve better. Yso not only impresses with his great talent for flow and melodies, but also draws razor-sharp comparisons - mostly in English - and writes bars that often can only be understood after an explanation.
