On Monday, November 2, the Kulturhaus Süd in Düsseldorf will become a hub for local organic food, sustainable agriculture, and delicious dining out: At the trade fair, producers, retailers, kitchens, restaurants, local governments, and other stakeholders in the institutional food service sector will come together to network, exchange ideas, and initiate new collaborations. The trade fair will focus on regional products, sustainable value chains, and innovative approaches to ensuring a sustainable food supply in institutional catering.
Discover, taste, network
At the fair, regional businesses, retailers, and partners of the KIRA supply network will present their offerings, products, and projects. Guided tours, discussion areas, and culinary insights create opportunities for encounters, conversations, and new collaborations across the entire value chain—from agriculture to the kitchen. The accompanying “Market of Opportunities” showcases current developments, initiatives, and perspectives surrounding bio-regional food supply in the Rhineland metropolitan region.
Starting in the morning, workshops and expert presentations—especially for producers—offer opportunities to discuss sustainable farming, regional marketing, and the requirements of the foodservice industry.
