Naiyango

discovered her passion for music while playing in the sun in her parents' garden in Tanzania. She clearly remembers how she found comfort in music because music helped her cope with all the emotions she felt as an adopted and very shy child. Music freed Naiyango and gave her the opportunity to explore a world where she could tap into and process her emotions. In this way, music also helps her heal from her experiences of failure in love. The sense of belonging she felt through music solidified Naiyango's decision to become an R&B artist. Her goal in doing so: to give others a chance to feel understood through music as well. She wants to give you this feeling at the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS on November 20th in Cologne, Germany, when she tells her story and plays her music.

Philip Watermeier

Is 39 years old and lives in Kiel. The management consultant lived in Cologne until 10 years ago. This is where he got married and where his two children were born. It was also 10 years ago that he and his wife took a bold step: they moved a hell of a lot of miles north - to Helgoland. Looking back, he says, leaving Cologne was a kind of escape: he wanted to get as far away as possible. They then lived on the sometimes very bleak offshore island for two years and had to realize that "100 percent family time" also didn't solve all the problems they'd put off in their relationship with two small children, real estate, part-time studies, different circles of friends and ideas. They then moved from Helgoland to Kiel, where they have lived ever since. "We were a good team," Philip says. "But in the end, we rejected each other's life plans and goals so strongly that it just didn't work anymore." It's been seven months since the breakup, and at the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS on November 20 in Cologne, Philip talks about his not-always-easy journey to draw a line under it and the right lessons learned.

Anke Pfeilsticker

actually comes from the tax industry. For her, people are always in the foreground, which in her view is sometimes neglected in this industry. In the context of her leadership work and her own experience, Anke has followed a path of change and has completed complementary life coach and seminar leader training at Greator. She now stands on stages and encourages people, always emphasizing the importance of visibility to initiate change.

As a certified coach, her years of leadership experience, as well as her own history, she has been able to bring vibrancy to topics that otherwise seem very theoretical to us. And what it has to do with us, why we might not attract a partner or keep attracting those we actually don't want, you will find out during this evening. Let us take you on the beginning of a journey of how we can come into change.
