Farben des August - Ein Spätsommerkonzert mit Kunstausstellung

As summer slowly gives way to late summer and the light grows softer, we invite you to a special afternoon filled with music, art, and new connections.

On August 30, here at the TV-Club, we’ll combine live music with an art exhibition, creating a space for diverse soundscapes, creative perspectives, and inspiring conversations. Three extraordinary acts from Leipzig and Vienna will come together on our outdoor terrace to create an atmospheric afternoon of music. Indoors, Matthias Hübner will complement the event with a selection of artworks.

P.S.: In case of bad weather, the concert will be moved indoors.

Schüler.eurer.nacht—Singer-Songwriter / Pop

In the mood for pop? Schüler.eurer.nacht is a singer-songwriter and street musician from Leipzig. For several years now, he’s been performing on the city’s streets and in its bars, covering songs by Clueso, among others, while also bringing more and more of his own lyrics to the stage. His music ranges from catchy pop melodies to melancholic moments.

Mary Broadcast – Pop

For over twenty years, the Viennese musician Mary Broadcast has been proving that depth and pop go together perfectly. With her distinctive voice, powerful songs, and wide musical range, she creates concerts that are both moving and exhilarating. Her unplugged set fosters a special sense of closeness and an intimate atmosphere without losing any of its energy. In addition to selected songs from her discography, she also presents new material from her upcoming album, AURA.

ECKERT - Art-Pop / Modern Jazz

With ECKERT, singer-songwriter Iris Eckert creates a fascinating sonic space that bridges art-pop and modern jazz. Her music explores themes of doubt, pressure to perform, and self-improvement, yet never loses sight of comfort, lightness, and hope. With powerful guitars, playful bass lines, and delicate melodies, she creates an intense listening experience that deliberately transcends genre boundaries.

Matthias Hübner - Modern Surrealistic Realism

Matthias Hübner lives and works as a freelance artist in the Leipzig area. With his style, MODERN SURREALISTIC REALISM, he combines figurative painting with expressive color schemes as well as neon and UV-reactive paints, creating a unique visual language that bridges reality, perception, and disorientation. His works, which have been exhibited internationally and have won numerous awards, explore in depth themes of people, relationships, and social issues.
