Accommodation
The retreat takes place at Vakantiehuis Igelmondermühle in Büllingen in the Belgian Eifel.
The house is quietly situated in the middle of nature, forests and hiking trails and offers the ideal environment to slow down.
The atmosphere is warm, quiet and uncomplicated - perfect for people looking for relaxation rather than luxury.
Catering
All meals are vegan, freshly prepared and nourishing. Experience has shown that the food is a special highlight for our participants :)
Team
Pritam: Yoga teacher from India
Pritam is a 900-hour certified yoga teacher from India and is traveling to Europe especially for this retreat.
He runs his own yoga school in Dharamsala at the foot of the Himalayas and combines traditional Hatha Yoga with a precise and accessible teaching style in which he focuses on each person individually and corrects them in the asanas.
Miriam: Systemic therapist in her own practice in Frankfurt am Main
Miriam leads daily self-awareness workshops, which are of course optional (and also particularly thought-provoking for introverts, here no one has to express themselves in front of the group, the reflection exercises all take place in a safe environment).
Daily schedule
08:00 a.m. - Gentle morning yoga
Slow mobilization, breath work and mindful movement for a calm start to the day.
09:30 - Brunch
Shared vegan meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
11:00 a.m. - Systemic workshop
13:00 - Free time!
to read, relax, go for a walk or simply do nothing.

16:00 - Yoga philosophy
17:00 - Regenerative Yoga & Meditation
Gentle practice with lots of tools, long stretches and deep relaxation.
19:00 - Dinner
Evening - Rest & Community
Time for conversation, reading, early bedtime or a cozy get-together.
