FEIERWERK SESSIONS #12 | OUTDOOR SPECIAL

In the organizer's words:

The FEIERWERK SESSIONS are a regular concert format for the not-so-loud sounds. Danceable indie vibes, atmospheric pop (rock), soulful singer-songwriters and even some hip-hop from the Munich newcomer scene await you in the cozy Orangehouse.
The next Feierwerk Sessions will take place on the following dates: Sat. 14.09. / Sat. 19.10. / Sat. 23.11.

At the outdoor version of the Feierwerk Sessions, you can relax with cool drinks and cozy seating in the open air and listen to our live acts as they perform on a stage set up especially for the outdoor session in the outdoor area in front of the Orangehouse. We look forward to seeing you there!

P.S.: In case of bad weather, the event will take place indoors in the Orangehouse.

DANIEL HE

If the world of music were a landscape, DANIEL HE would have made himself at home somewhere on a hill between Nick Drake and Elliott Smith. The 23-year-old Chinese - the queer singer/songwriter is originally from Wuhan - is studying architecture in Munich and recorded his first album alone on an iPad. The result proves it: Some artists* just have to isolate themselves in order to process personal losses. The album bears the powerful title "May Living Splendid Like Summer Flowers and Death Tranquil Like Autumn Leaves" and it can certainly be understood as a concept album. In songs that deal with grief, overcoming it and moving on, Daniel He proves with great stylistic confidence that even minimalist songs with vocals and guitar can have an impressive depth. NIAH

A 20-year-old musician from Munich shares stories of heartache and love, family burdens and mental challenges in a sincere way in her songs. Hannah discovered her passion for music in piano lessons at primary school age. In recent years, she has developed this passion to escape both the hustle and bustle of the big city and her own inner turmoil. She began to put her thoughts and feelings on paper and writes her songs from them. NIAH'smusic is characterized by honesty - honestly sad, honestly emotional, honestly soulful. In her lyrics, she tells stories exactly as she has experienced them. Her words are touching and allow the listener to discover a part of themselves in them, while at the same time providing an insight into NIAH's emotions. THE DOUBLE LOTTO

DAS DOPPELTE LOTTCHEN is a duo consisting of Charlotte Willing and Lieselotte Heim. With their two-part vocals, accompanied by guitar or piano, the duo moves between many genres: from jazz to soul to Spanish folk songs.
