On 28.05.2026, we cordially invite you to the terrace opening at the Beetle Restaurant - an enjoyable start to the summer season, where the focus is on culinary variety, the best products and a relaxed atmosphere in the open air.

Look forward to an evening that combines the lightness of spring with artisanal sophistication. Regional producers, seasonal ingredients and creative compositions make this event a special experience.

The prelude begins at our generous bread & cheese station:
An impressive 360° loaf from Waldmünchener Brotmanufaktur Philipps, served with homemade barrel butter, aromatic oils and pickled vegetables. Accompanied by fine cheese variations from Naturkäserei Tegernsee, accompanied by grapes and pear mustard as well as selected fish specialties from Fischerei Schliersee.

The Beetle Chef's Table takes place in the Beetle Restaurant at Schumannstraße 9 and starts at 19:00 and ends at 23:00. You are welcome to arrive at the event from 18:40.
