Closing event for the exhibition “Reizbatterie” featuring music byCrashing Airplanes

Crashing Airplanes moves between ritual, minimalist art rock, sound installation, performance, and jazz. The quartet—comprising Hidden Japan, Steward S., Don Bumchack, and Mirko Butterfly—explodes into immersive soundscapes, extremely energetic, constantly improvising, and vibrating. Last year, the band recorded a new EP, which will be released on July 4, 2026, on Stuhrwerk/Umland Records. To mark the closing of the“Reizbatterie”exhibition, they will also be performing live on the same day.
