There are few things that go together as well as fish and blues. This can be proven once again this time when the finest blues is celebrated on stage and Guido works his magic behind the cooking pots.

MUDDY WHAT? stands for NEW BLUES: The three young musicians give the traditional style a modern, refreshing and unmistakable touch.
Billowing delta sounds, funky beats, delicate ballads and then again stomping blues: the trio is multifaceted and dynamically light-hearted.
The siblings Fabian and Ina Spang and Michi Lang tour tirelessly and euphorically across the country. Playing in their formation since 2006, they have been mixing up countless small and large (blues) clubs and delighting festival visitors for several years now.

With great flexibility and a tangible wealth of experience, the trio always adapt to the location and audience, sometimes with an electric and sometimes with an acoustic setup on stage,
What becomes particularly clear at their concerts: The three musicians engage with each other sensitively in their playing, give each other space and understand each other blindly. On stage, they become a unit and this is exactly what results in the intense and rousing blues.
Hans von Draminski writes: "An intelligent bridge between past and present. The trio "Muddy What?" sets its own accents despite all the reminiscences. Fabian Spang is a present singer with an individual timbre, Michi Lang a reliable rhythm motor, even when the beat gets a little more crooked. The real joker wears wild curls and has incredibly nimble fingers: Ina Spang is one of the dedicated virtuosos of the blues, her electric guitar solos are as fast as they are accurate. Ina's music is more psychedelic, her guitar tells stories of imaginary dimensions and wondrous creatures."
