In the organizer's words:
On this walk through Mannheim's city center, we bring together nutrition and sustainability. We will learn more about the global connections and effects of our eating habits and industrial food production and find approaches for a more sustainable food system that feeds everyone.
Together, we will visit exciting places where people are shaping our food in a resource-conserving and fair way. And together we will discover how fair trade, urban gardening and community-supported agriculture can contribute to a sustainable diet.
