In the organizer's words:

We cordially invite you to the vernissage of the photo series "The Numbers Guide a Dance" by Anna Forgách: a photo series that was created together with women from the Nachbarschaftshaus.

The exhibition opening on May 13, 2.30 - 4.30 pm, will take place as an open storytelling café in which your voices will take center stage.

In a joint discussion round, we will talk about questions such as:

⁃ What does it mean to be a woman in our society?

⁃ Where do women find belonging?

⁃ How can we empower and support each other?

⁃ What does cohesion mean from a female perspective?

Come along, share your stories or just listen, every perspective is welcome.

"The Numbers Guide a Dance" is a biographical work rooted in logotherapy, which understands human life as an ongoing search for meaning. In this context, memories are living processes: They shift, overlap and resurface. The participants are not merely portrayed subjects, but active co-creators of the process. They talk about formative moments, losses, transitions and hopes. Together we approach these memories cautiously, groping, organizing and searching for images.
