When women* enter spaces that have long been taken for granted as male, something crucial happens: The playing field changes. New perspectives emerge, routines are questioned and suddenly it becomes clear how much potential there is in diversity - and where points of friction can arise at the same time

The panel discussion "Women* in male domains" invites you to shed light on precisely these moments of change. Women from law, science, subculture and social work will talk about courageous steps, unexpected turning points and the staying power it takes to shift structures. It's about empowerment, solidarity, fighting loudly and quietly - and about how we can create spaces together in which everyone can develop their full potential.
