In the organizer's words:

A space just for you, to arrive, to feel, to let go.

A special way to dedicate yourself to your femininity, beyond roles, expectations and the pressure to function.

In this women's circle, you can let go of control for a moment and reconnect with your body. Through gentle movement, breathing, sharing and a small ritual, we open up a protected space in which everything is allowed to be there, without judgment or pressure.

You don't have to do anything. You can simply be.

For women who want to feel themselves again. For women who want to remember who they are among all the roles.

No previous knowledge necessary. Come as you are.
