A women's circle for a conscious arrival in the new year

The beginning of the year is often characterized by resolutions, goals and to-do lists.
But what if the new year doesn't want to be planned, but rather welcomed?

In this women's circle, I invite you to start 2026 not from your head, but from your body and heart.
Instead of setting goals, we will feel together which inner seeds you want to nurture.

In a protected, mindful space, we will connect with our inner knowledge.

You will find answers from within by recognizing goals as inner needs.
You will gain a new perspective on "goals" as spaces you want to inhabit instead of having to achieve something.
You will feel how it is possible to let go of excessive demands and pressure.
And you will experience how goal setting transforms into living, nourishing intentions.
All accompanied by conscious integration in the body.

You don't go home with a to-do list, but with an embodied inner alignment that truly nourishes you.

Why a women's circle?

The feminine energy within us is cyclical, receptive and deeply connected to the body.
It does not grow through pressure or control, but through space, presence and relationship.

It is precisely this quality that is allowed to reawaken in a women's circle.
When women come together, a field is created that leads us back to our natural being - away from having to, towards feeling.

Here we remember that we don't have to carry everything on our own.
That our inner wisdom speaks quietly.
And that what wants to grow within us needs time, trust and a nurturing environment.

A women's circle is a place where feminine energy is allowed to flow again - where intuition
where intuition, connection and inner truth have a place.
From this connection we do not set goals, but nurture seeds that are allowed to unfold in their own rhythm.
