A dance theater piece about female self-determination, inner freedom, strength, change and the unstoppable desire for a self-determined life.

In a world that constantly oscillates between progress and regression, bodies, movement and stillness tell the story of women on the path to self-determination. This dance theater piece is a multi-layered journey - raw, honest, poetic. It illuminates the struggle to find one's own voice, the strength to say no and the longing to meet oneself.

The stage becomes a space of inner and outer conflicts: competition between women, the constant comparison with men - here and worldwide. The dance shows moments of adaptation, of swimming with the current, but also the urge to break free, to leave everything behind, to breathe freedom. But self-determination is not a straightforward path. Setbacks, old patterns, insecurities are all part of it. This makes the image of solidarity all the more powerful: women who hold each other, strengthen each other and remind each other of who they are.
