On the occasion of the COP30 Climate Change Conference in Brazil, Fridays for Future Bonn is calling for a demonstration with lanterns on Münsterplatz on November 14, 2025 at 5 pm. As part of the global climate strike, the movement is calling for consistent climate protection, a just phase-out of fossil fuels and more responsibility for Germany as an industrialized country. As the seat of the UN Climate Secretariat, Bonn should remain a pioneer for socially just and ambitious climate policy.
