During a tour of the exhibition, the artist will discuss the development of the work and her collaboration with the people whose experiences were incorporated into the project.

Alicja Rogalska is a Polish-British interdisciplinary artist who lives between Berlin and London. Her research-based practice explores social structures and the political significance of everyday life. In specific contexts, she develops situations, performances, videos, and installations in collaboration with others, exploring collectively emancipatory visions of the future. Her work has recently been shown at the Zachęta National Gallery of Art, the Matter of Art Biennale, Videobrasil, the Jogja Biennale, and Urbane Künste Ruhr, among other venues. A former fellow of the DAAD’s Berlin Artists’ Program, she is currently a PhD researcher in the Department of Art at Goldsmiths, University of London.
