Hope can be gentle and quiet. Or powerful and loud. Sometimes it can also be defiant and say: "Now more than ever!" Hope is a special force within us - it helps us to look forward, to believe in the good and to have confidence in ourselves, even if things don't always go the way we want them to.

On our next flight of thought, we discover hope as a superpower, gather hopeful energy and encouraging words of hope. We will celebrate the light and warmth of spring, paint and do handicrafts - and perhaps end up writing a letter that gives hope.
