The theme weekend kicks off with a focus on the term itself. Three experts from very different fields and backgrounds will shed light on the concept of community and discuss questions such as: What actually constitutes community/communities? How do communities function in different parts of the world? And what about our community/communities in Germany - on a large and small scale?
The spectrum of communities examined on this first evening can range from East Asia to online communities, from individualism to Instagram.
