In the organizer's words:

What is possible if we bring together the findings, networks and potential from the exhibition WEtransFORM - On the Future of Building , which closes on January 25, 2026, to achieve a new quality of urban development?

To mark the end of the exhibition, we are bringing together players from the future of construction and an impressive AI. The aim is to carry productive impulses into the practice of the present in a reflective discussion: What concrete approaches can be derived for a transformative building turnaround in 2026? What opportunities and potential does artificial intelligence offer for project developers, local authorities, climate and environmental managers, landscape planners and architects?

We will use specific examples to discuss what the exhibition has set in motion in terms of transformation. Using concrete examples from Rotterdam, we will look at how AI-supported urban planning, new design processes and more resilient decision-making bases can help cities to save resources and be rebuilt more quickly. The focus is on how AI can help us to translate the potential and opportunities into contemporary productivity in the spirit of the New European Bauhaus.
