Gin tasting at Heimathaven Bremen

This gin tasting is aimed at anyone who wants to consciously discover and compare gin - whether you are just starting out or have been into gin for a while.

At Heimathaven Bremen, one of the oldest delicatessens in Germany, we take time for an enjoyable evening in a small group. In a quiet, personal atmosphere, we will taste selected gins, talk about styles, flavors and backgrounds - in an understandable, relaxed and non-technical way.

What you can expect

Together we will taste several gins straight to get to know their character, structure and aromas.
The same gins are then combined with different tonics, tasted and compared with each other. In this way, you can immediately experience how much a gin can change depending on the tonic and blend.

It's not about right or wrong, but about perception, taste and personal preferences. Questions are expressly encouraged - both simple and detailed.

Water, baguettes and pretzel sticks are provided to neutralize the palate in between.
The evening ends on a relaxed note with a gin and tonic.

Not a lecture, not a sales evening, not a mass event - but an evening of enjoyment with time and content.

The place: Heimathaven Bremen

The Heimathaven is not a classic event space. For tastings, the listed store becomes a small salon: intimate, quiet and personal. The number of participants is deliberately limited to allow for interaction and create a special atmosphere.
