Clay and plaster workshop for children 8-11 years,

with Tabea Felicitas Amrei Erhardt and Noelle BuAbbud

As part of the exhibition Let this be the anchor by artist Phoebe Collings-James at KH Künstler:innenhaus Bremen, there will be a workshop for children that uses the materials clay and plaster as a starting point for a playful exploration of the themes of the exhibition: Collapse, Decay and Safety.

Together, the participants will experiment with clay and plaster, casting, stacking and building their own fragile structures. In the process, they discover how materials can be changed, broken and reassembled. The children's workshop invites them to understand artistic processes as open and dynamic - including breaks, coincidences and unexpected results.
