GIRO BAVARESE 2024: Germany's biggest vintage road bike tour around Lake Tegernsee, Spitzingsee and Schliersee by Bici Bavarese

In June 2024, the Bici Bavarese team will once again be hosting Germany's biggest vintage road bike tour, the GIRO BAVARESE. In 2023, over 800 participants and 200 guests were welcomed, and even more are expected for 2024.

The GIRO BAVARESE will take place for the 6th time on June 30, 2024 on the most beautiful roads around Lake Tegernsee, Spitzingsee and Schliersee. There are three exciting routes of 45, 65 or 100 kilometers to choose from - with local delicacies for legs, stomach and eyes as well as an extra portion of biking fun!

The ride is not a racing bike race, but a smooth tour de plaisir on historic racing bikes. Condition: The bikes must have been purchased with DM, Lire, Francs etc. when they were first bought - i.e. before the introduction of the Euro in 2002.

On Saturday, June 29, there will already be a colorful bike festival with specialist stands, food court, exhibition of historic bikes, live music, parts market, campfire, whisky tasting, drinks and a bit of rambazamba (not too much, on Sunday you should be fit...).


The entry fee is 69€ regular or 59€ reduced for U30 and includes goodie bag, start numbers, route stamp booklet, tombola, catering during the ride, etc. All further information can be found at: https://bicibavarese.de/giro-bavarese/
