British indie rock band Glass Animals have announced their worldwide TOUR OF EARTH for 2024. On the 41-date tour promoted by Live Nation, the band will be headlining the biggest stages of their career to date. Kicking off on August 7 in Charlotte, NC, the tour will continue through North America, Europe and the UK with stops in Toronto, New York, Nashville, Chicago, Vancouver, Paris, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Zurich, Munich, Amsterdam and Glasgow, among others. The tour ends on November 7 with an epic performance in their home city of London. The GRAMMY and BRIT AWARD-nominated, diamond-selling British band will be joined by special guests Kevin Abstract, Eyedress and Blondshell on select dates in North America. The Big Moon will accompany the band on all dates in Europe and the UK.

As part of the tour, Glass Animals will perform for the first time at many iconic venues around the world including Madison Square Garden in New York, Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, The Gorge Amphitheatre in Seattle, Kia Forum in Inglewood, 3Arena in Dublin, The O2 in London and many more.

Glass Animals recently announced details of their highly anticipated fourth studio album "I Love You So F***ing Much", which is due for release on July 19. "Creatures in Heaven", the first single from the album, has just been released.

"I Love YouSo F***ing Much" is the follow-up to the critically acclaimed "Dreamland" (2020), which sold over 12 million copies worldwide and features the record-breaking song "Heat Waves", which became the most successful international hit by a British band in almost 30 years. It was the first song by a British band since the Spice Girls' "Wannabe" in 1995 to spend five consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and the first song since Pharell's "Happy" to reach No. 1 with a single songwriter and producer. This led to the biggest artists in the pop world, including Florence Welch, all wanting to work with Dave Bayley, the Glass Animals' frontman, songwriter and producer.

But the making of "I Love You So F***ing Much" was based on a crisis of meaning. Dave was struggling to make sense of his newfound fame, especially as it had come about when the world was in lockdown.

Dave Bayley says: "Life can change drastically, but sometimes you can't keep up with that change on a personal level. You end up feeling like a spectator. And then you're asked and expected to be a certain kind of person, a different kind of person. But ... I wasn't sure how. It confused me so much that I didn't even know who I was or if anything was real anymore." When he was stranded in a wooden house on stilts on a cliff during one of the biggest storms in California's history, this feeling developed into a complete crisis of meaning. In forced isolation, he saw trees falling down mountains and assumed that "death was coming". Dave began to ask himself questions about himself, the universe and the human experience: namely, questions about love. Accepting himself as an introvert, Dave realized that "the human connection and the love between us is much bigger, more important and more complex than anything else". "Creatures in Heaven" is the grandiose first glimpse into ten intimate love stories set against the backdrop of the universe.
