How do FLINTA* people move around Hamburg? What barriers do they encounter in everyday life? And what does it take to make the city fairer, safer and more inclusive?
The Hamburg State Women's Council explored these questions in cooperation with the Urban Policy team as part of the "Equally mobile in Hamburg" project, which was funded by the Gender Equality Policy Framework Program (GPR) 2024.
With the help of questionnaires, focus groups and so-called walkshops, problematic places in the city were identified and recommendations for action for gender-equitable urban planning were developed. The results provide exciting insights and show that Feminist mobility is not a niche topic - it is a prerequisite for sustainable urban development!
We cordially invite you to the presentation of the project results - with space for exchange and discussion. You can participate both on site and digitally - free of charge and without registration. We look forward to seeing you!
