Glennkill: Ein Schafskrimi

Shepherd George Hardy (Hugh Jackman) is a huge fan of detective stories. He loves nothing more than reading murder-mystery stories to his sheep. In his wildest dreams, he has no idea that the animals not only understand him, but also discuss and puzzle over the stories afterwards. When George is found dead in the meadow with a shovel in his back, it is so clear to his sheep that a murder has taken place. Because the local village policeman Tim Derry (Nicholas Braun) has never solved a real crime, the woolly four-legged friends have to use all their detective story experience to find George's murderer. Led by the clever sheep lady Miss Maple, the courageous Othello, the fearful and voracious Mopple, the curious Maude and the old bellwether Sir Ritchfield have to realize that the world of humans is much more complicated in reality than in the books. The many inhabitants of the village also have some dark secrets.
