In the organizer's words:
Setting Boundaries Without Guilt – Summer Workshop in Frankfurt
When:August 19, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
Where:free soul by Louisa (public transit via the U5, Glauburgstraße stop)
“I say ‘yes’ even though I actually mean ‘no.’”
Does this sound familiar to you?
Setting boundaries doesn’t mean pushing others away. Rather, it means taking yourself seriously. In this workshop, I invite you to become more aware of your own needs and to develop a loving, clear way of addressing them.
What to Expect
- Together, we’ll explore why setting boundaries is often so challenging and which inner patterns play a role in this.
- Through reflection exercises, practical insights, and small, everyday-related exercises, you’ll develop a better sense of your own needs and learn to communicate them clearly and authentically.
- This isn’t about saying “no” as often as possible. It’s about being able to decide more consciously when a “yes” really means “yes”—and when your boundaries deserve protection.
- You’ll receive concrete suggestions for everyday life so that clear communication becomes easier for you, step by step.
- The workshop combines expert guidance with personal reflection and a safe space for discussion in a supportive atmosphere.
No prior knowledge is required. Come join us, meet like-minded people, and start the summer feeling empowered!
