Grief Disco – Guru Dudu
In the organizer's words:
This year, for the first time, Guru Dudu is offering two new formats aimed at inner peace, reflection, and healing: The “Slo-Mo Disco” uses gentle, atmospheric music to encourage slowing down and is a slow, meditative walk that takes participants on an inner journey. The “Grief Disco” shares only headphones and movement with the “Silent Disco,” as it encourages the audience, in a participatory workshop, to express negative emotions such as anger, fear, and despair in the face of the state of the world. Through authentic somatic movement, personal and collective grief is transformed into the power to bring about change.
