Our popular summer event is back: On July 19, starting at 8:00 p.m., our outdoor area on Klenzestraße will once again be transformed into a culinary stage for food lovers. For €99 per person, you can look forward to a 10-course menu full of sophisticated ideas and creative Colette cuisine from the grill.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we’ll serve highlights such as mini squid with fennel and orange vinaigrette, a summery beef cheek with piementos, as well as creative reinterpretations of our classics like the “Marocain” currywurst.
Whether it’s grilled fish, meat, or vegetables—every dish is a small tribute to the fire and the flavors of summer. Our team looks forward to surprising you with culinary delights and guiding you through the evening with great passion.
