The women’s circle offers you a safe space where you can feel and build connections with yourself and others, allowing you to find ever greater joy in life! 🌞

There’s always a theme with prompts and exercises that we explore through discussion and mindfulness. Topics that affect and concern us as women:

What does it actually mean to me to be a woman?

What do I long for in my interactions with other women?

How can I move past my paralyzing resentment toward men?

My female role models and my hidden strengths

How do I find balance amid the turmoil of my many roles and responsibilities?

Drawing a sense of connection from our innate bond with nature

Finding clarity by releasing our anger

How do I find my way in my relationship with myself and my needs?

Where do I want to go as a woman? ... 

You can help shape the evening by choosing the topics or even sharing your own thoughts.
