How does our perspective change when we look at the outskirts of Berlin instead of its center? This tour along the Ringbahn traces bold visions that took shape along its branch lines, on highways, on an artificial hill, and at a wartime ruin. In this way, the periphery becomes the center from which a “New Berlin” emerges.
