Guy-El Invites: Chacha Angela

Guy-El Invites is a monthly format that combines art, community and the Kimuntu philosophy. The focus is on the circle - a space without a stage, without distance between musicians and audience. Everyone stands together, listening, feeling, creating - a place where music becomes a lively dialog.

Every last Saturday at 8 pm, Guy-El invites anartistto improvise together, share sounds and open up a free musical conversation. Whether actively making music, listening or simply resonating with the others: All forms of participation are welcome.

Chacha Angela will be our guest in February. A musician from the DR Congo whose path has taken him from gospel to jazz to his own projects. As a multi-instrumentalist, he moves between drums, balafon, bass, keyboard and vocals. His music draws on Congolese traditions and combines them with contemporary styles such as jazz, pop and gospel.

Chacha Angela is firmly anchored in the music scene in France: he works with internationally renowned musicians, leads his own projects and invites people to cross-genre encounters. His presence opens the circle with a powerful, warm and open energy.
