We live in a meritocracy in which it is increasingly difficult to really calm down and consciously take time for ourselves. And when we do, it's often only after everything is done. Only then are we "allowed" to relax.
Do you recognize yourself here? How about an afternoon just for YOU and your self-care?
An afternoon where you consciously take time to breathe, feel and connect - with yourself and with others.
An afternoon that gives you space to recover and replenish your resources.
The focus is on your nervous system. When it calms down, your body can get out of stress mode and go into regeneration, recovery and healing. The mind becomes clearer, emotions more stable and automatic stress reactions subside.
Accompanied by small rituals, we practise Calming Breath and Thai yoga massage with a partner - both techniques that support your nervous system in shutting down.
We start and end the retreat in a circle and consciously take plenty of time for sharing without pressure or expectations.
All levels welcome!
Please do not eat a large meal approximately one hour before the retreat so that the breathing work is more comfortable for you.
There will be water, tea and light snacks such as nuts and dried fruit on site so that you can fortify yourself during the breaks.
A full lunch is not provided.
You may, but do not have to bring a partner. We can also get together on site.
