Hamburg School of Music – Live and unleashed (mit NUIT & CiSA)

For 25 years, the Hamburg School of Music has been training professional musicians. With so many ambitious musicians coming together, it’s no surprise that a wide variety of bands have formed as part of this training program. This evening, the artists NUIT and CiSA will be performing:

NUIT
NUIT creates music inspired by what’s on his mind. He writes his own lyrics, produces his songs independently, and moves somewhere between rap, indie pop, and electronic influences. His tracks are characterized by warm synthesizers, powerful beats, and melodies that stick in your head without being overbearing. In his lyrics, he processes personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Often, his songs are about the moments we usually keep to ourselves—doubts, changes, relationships, or the question of where we’re actually headed. NUIT doesn’t try to provide answers, but rather to make these feelings tangible. He is currently studying at the Hamburg School of Music and is constantly refining his sound. He doesn’t perform alone on stage: together with a drummer, he brings his songs to life in an energetic show that blends electronic elements with the dynamic energy of a live performance. Alternating between contemplative moments and driving rhythms, the result is a set that invites listeners to both sit back and enjoy the music and get up and dance along.

CiSA
CiSA blends honest stories with warm soul vibes and groovy sounds. In her songs, she writes in an almost spiritual way about growing up, relationships, self-doubt, hope, change, and the search for one’s place in the world. Relatable and honest—as if she were letting you in on her diary entries. With her upcoming EP “Kreise drehen” (Release Date: Sept. 4), CiSA captures precisely these moments between letting go, growing, and finding her place. Listeners describe her music as laid-back, spiritual, and honest. She creates each of her songs independently in her home studio. The Swiss-born artist learned the craft during her training as a music producer at the Hamburg School of Music.
