Ready for your good cause?

Hamburg's diversity unites at a 400m long table in the heart of the city - and you can take a seat! To kick off the Hamburg Foundation Days, we're inviting you and the whole city: socializing, feasting, playing, dancing, debating - anything goes at our table, because every table is different! Together with over 150 organizations and initiatives, we are bringing the whole spectrum of commitment to the common good to life at our table.

Not only the longest table in the city awaits you at the Rathausmarkt: look forward to music, dance, performances, talks and much more on our stage. Find out more about volunteering on site and find your own good cause to get involved in!

Together, the AKTIVOLI state network and the state working group of volunteer agencies (lagfa) will put people in touch with suitable projects and organizations where they can volunteer. Our tip: Be sure to spend some time strolling around, because every table is different!

Donate things: Hamburg Packt's Zusammen!

Hanseatic Help, Hamburger Tafel and DER HAFEN HILFT! are collecting donations in kind for people in need on the right-hand side of the Rathausmarkt under the motto Hamburg Packt's Zusammen! Food, clothing, household goods - anything that helps people is welcome! Free coffee and snacks are also available here, as well as a sympathetic ear. The campaign is supported by numerous companies, foundations and other partners.

Concerts, performances and talks on stage with presenter Michel Abdollahi

A varied program awaits you on the Rathausmarkt stage, hosted by Michel Abdollahi. Among other things, there will be a performance by the first Tanztriennale taking place in Hamburg from June 14 to 21, which will turn the Rathausmarkt into the city's largest dance floor. The Bundesjugendballet will perform between 12 and 2 p.m. before the whole of Hamburg is invited to dance along to the "All Moves" format launched last year - the dance style has not yet been revealed!

Around 100 young voices from several school choirs from The Young ClassX will also be performing on stage (2 pm). There will also be short performances by Step by Step, an initiative of the BürgerStiftung Hamburg (from 2:45 pm), beatboxing with Salut Deluxe (3:30 pm) and a sing-along with the Hamburg pub choir from 4:15 pm. In between, Tafel conférencier Michel Abdollahi will talk to various actors from the longest Tafel about their work.
