HANDPAN SCHNUPPERKURS & SOUNDBATH | MIT MARVYN

Under the motto “The World Is Sound,” musician Marvyn Korten invites you to a special handpan experience. In this introductory workshop, beginners and those simply curious will gain an accessible introduction to the fascinating world of handpan sounds. With no prior experience required, participants will discover basic playing techniques, immerse themselves in warm, overtone-rich sounds, and experience how intuitive music-making creates a shared soundscape.

Instruments will be provided. Following the workshop, Marvyn invites participants to a short handpan sound bath concert, where they can let the sounds linger while lying down or sitting, deepen their breath, and consciously find peace.
