Searching for Home

Searching for Home is all about excitement, diversity, and breaking down genre boundaries. The eleven-member band collective, featuring musicians and producers from all over Germany, takes clubs and festivals by storm with a big sound, tremendous enthusiasm, and powerful beats—all while maintaining a rich palette of sounds and delicate moments. Led by the versatile voice of singer Ida, the musicians captivate audiences not only with flashes of solo creativity but above all with their collective sense of the moment and the crowd. With influences ranging from jazz and funk to indie rock, classical, and world music, one might accuse them of not knowing what they want. But the opposite is true: they know exactly what they want—they simply don’t want to leave anything behind on their journey.

In 2022, the band released their latest album, “Hidden Errors,” toured with it both domestically and abroad, celebrated radio premieres, and won top prizes. Now Searching for Home is back with new music. Under the motto “More Bubbles,” the young musicians encourage everyone to look ahead with optimism, try new things, and not miss out on anything.
