In the organizer's words:
HATTLER: 25th Anniversary Concerts!
Hellmut Hattler is a legend in Germany (KRAAN, TAB TWO, SIYOU'n'HELL) and a fixture on the international scene as a “musician’s musician.”
Hardly any other German musician has distinguished himself so consistently as an instrumentalist and songwriter through such a distinctive musical voice, while also constantly evolving without losing the thread of his musical recognizability—as Echo Award winner and exceptional bassist Hellmut Hattler has done. For several years now, he has been focusing all his experience and passion on his favorite project, HATTLER.
As always, concertgoers can expect this inimitable blend of cool club sounds, psychedelic pop, and nu-jazz, performed as powerful live versions of HATTLER’s best tracks. Hellmut Hattler says: “We’re a true live band, and our concerts are always—without a doubt—all about music, rhythm, and everything that gets your brain cells and feet moving.”
The whole experience is further enhanced by perfect live video projections—in short:
HATTLER’s music is powerful and dynamic, yet also very smooth and mellow, with a sure-fire knack for creating memorable melodies that you just can’t get out of your head. Consistently intelligent and, above all, completely original entertainment that’s almost always danceable—and has been featured for many years on the hottest lifestyle and lounge compilation albums.
This blend—musical and technical on the one hand, and human on the other—not only “works,” but is, in fact, musically explosive. This is proven not only by the albums mentioned, but also by the band’s annual tours, which have repeatedly taken them to festivals in Asia.
The band’s 25th anniversary will be celebrated with a tour and the release of a “Best Of” album titled “Happy Birthday Baby,” featuring brand-new tracks, their greatest hits, and previously unreleased live recordings.
