What you can expect on this evening

The Heart Circle is a monthly meeting evening for people who are looking for real connection - with themselves and with others. In a safe setting led by Jörg & Eva Saur, we explore together what authentic encounter really means: presence, eye contact, sensing closeness and boundaries, and light mindful touch.

No prior knowledge necessary. No performance that you have to give. Just arrive and feel.

Course of the evening

The evening unfolds as a conscious arc - from arrival to integration.

We start by getting into the mood together in a circle. This is followed by guided encounter games that invite non-verbal presence and genuine contact - completely without touching, purely through space and resonance. After a short break, we go deeper with mindful touch exercises: clearly framed, with yes and no as equal answers. We finish with time for reflection, a closing circle and, for all those who wish, an open end with an exchange.

Who is the Heart Circle for?

For anyone who would like to immerse themselves in this kind of encounter for the first time - and for anyone who keeps coming back because real contact does you good. The evening is explicitly open to all genders and types of relationships, for individuals as well as couples.

The evening takes place fully clothed and without intimate physical contact.

Number of participants: maximum 12 people

• Comfortable clothing in which you feel comfortable and flexible
• A sealable water bottle
• A notebook, if you like

Regular - 40,00 Euro

Reduced - 35.00 euros (in case of financial constraints)
