HERBAL BIKE TOUR

Summer is drawing to a close in August, and we’ll explore the hedgerows at the edge of the forest and near the lakes by bike. In addition to elderberries, cornel cherries, and hawthorn, rose hips will soon be ready for harvest. We’ll gather and bundle the last herbs for herbal bouquets to burn as incense in the winter or place on a scent burner. As always, you’ll receive a handout and recipes to take home, plus a small picnic in nature.
