From insider tip to long-running hit: theater director Corny Littmann and his team have created a monument to Hamburg's most dazzling district, which has already thrilled 2.5 million viewers and is currently the most successful German-language musical theater production.
Every evening, the nine actors and actresses slip into more than 50 roles and take you on a fast-paced show about 24 hours at the neighborhood snack bar "Heiße Ecke": coarse snacks and stories that go to the heart, wonderful voices and great songs in a rousing production that shows the very normal madness around the Reeperbahn - that's all "Heiße Ecke".
Here at the bar of Hannelore and her crew, all of St. Pauli meets: the light girls and the heavy boys, the tourists before visiting the musical, the bachelors from the suburbs who want to really let it rip, and the neighborhood old-timers who have actually long since had enough, but still can't get away from the weirdest mile of the republic. 100 percent emotionally authentic!
