Helmfried von Lüttichau - Weil's raus muss - Das zweite Programm
In the organizer's words:
After more than 200 shows in Germany and Austria with “plugged,” Helmfried von Lüttichau’s first solo show (which even his colleague Hubsi—that is, his friend Christian Tramitz—enjoys), “Weil’s raus muss – Das zweite Programm” is set to premiere. Helmfried von Lüttichau brings humor and lightheartedness to the stage, grounded in life experience and the wealth of knowledge gained from four years on tour. And he does it in his usual style—personal, likable, and genuine!
Finally, the second show! A thousand new ideas, thoughts, and melodies are swirling around in this over-60 newcomer’s head! The only problem is: as everyone knows, the second show is the hardest. For the first one, you have your whole life to prepare; for the second, suddenly everything has to happen really fast! “Driven by haste, he makes many mistakes”—that’s what his report card already said. How can he make sense of this chaos? What should go in, what should go out? Keep cool.
He’s long since outgrown those way-too-small kids’ guitars. Time to step it up a notch. Helmfried on stilts? No, but maybe with his own songs? One of which is called “When I Laugh.” Or he chats about 1970s pop hits he’s secretly listened to, sings a hard-hitting protest song—or a lyrical love song. He candidly reveals what drives and moves him: life, love, growing older—and how he plans to deal with it all in the future. With curiosity and a joy in performing—whether dead serious or exuberant, silly or thoughtful. The main thing is that something sticks with you in the end
